Universal WMI Nozzle - (1/4") 'Mini-Atomizer' Near-Sonic Water/Methanol Injection

This nozzle functions identically to the standard 1/2" liquid inlet version and retains the same 1/4" NPT pneumatic air inlet. The difference is the reduced 1/4" OD liquid feed, which is specifically designed for longer hose runs to help maintain strong vacuum draw and consistent fluid pressure throughout the system. 1/4" NPT fittings included.

Improper use — including:

• Insufficient pneumatic pressure

• Incorrect spray duration

• Poor nozzle placement

• Improper hose routing

• Over-cooled cylinders

• Detonation (knock)

Pressure must be tuned based on:

• Liquid hose length

• Ambient temperature

• Intake pressure

• Engine load conditions

This nozzle is pneumatically actuated using an external air tank (25–75 PSI depending on setup) and relies on venturi-assisted atomization for consistent spray behavior.
